Not too many hours from this hour…
After three years of plotting, planning, waiting and welding...
here we are with an amazing beer that can be sold to the general public, albeit via a third party as we continue through the many hurdles that it takes to be able to brew beer for other humans.
The journey started in early 2020, we have no idea why it has taken us so long to get here as nothing of note has happened between then and now. It is also a really hard time to start talking about launching a brewery when so many amazing and talented breweries have fallen due to increased costs or everything you need to make beer and make money.
The first salable beer “Swamp Thing” is a dense and dank 6.8% New England, filled to the brim with Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 is named after the Chameleons' 1986 song Swamp Thing from the Album Strange Times.
From here, the clock starts to tick faster as we continue through the licensing rat run to be able to sell to the general public in anticipation of our next two fermenters arriving in June you can expect to hear much more about our progress in the coming months.
For now, we are looking forward to some downtime over the Bank Holiday with much important sampling and research to be done.
